July 29, 200817 yr I assume the eTalk taping is at 3, b/c Chris + Jonny are on MOD (again) later that day. So wristbands are probably available for that appearance too. Oh god, I pray that Leah Miller doesn't interview them again. I cringe at the very, very thought of that :\

The odds of actually snagging a pair seemed pretty unlikely, however my boyfriend and I each won a set! Craziness. Thanks for the answer! Hmmm...i'm a very loyal Best Buy customer and no one has offered something good like this...i better log a complaint! :laugh3:
July 30, 200817 yr Ahoy hoy, MOD announced that Coldplay would be on the show yesterday on its show. I called right away and was able to get a call back today confirming my wristband. I called the automated ticket line and the woman said that they were now full and it was weird she kept asking me "ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO COME" as if she wanted me to say no...apparently they are booked full with a large waitlist...which doesn't surprise me. *Crosses fingers*here's hoping for a pic with Chris

July 31, 200817 yr I attended the eTalk session. I was in the standing section behind the hosts. I was disappointed that none of my swag signed, and I was just an arm's length away from both Chris and Johnny. Whenever I attend these junkets (Muse, Travis, Ian Brown, etc.) i have no problem getting autographs... The guy sitting in front of me had like 3 items signed Ben Mulroney's a tool. What was with his hair questions... and incessant make up during the commercial break....

July 31, 200817 yr It just aired. Clearly wasn't quite live- the Atlantic Canada version aired an hour before the national HD one, just like it always does. (Different time zone). Think I saw a coldplayer I recognized in the audience, but I'm not sure. Squeak up if you were there! ;) Oh, and big news. Chris said they were working on the next album yesterday and (go figure) had changed their minds about how good some of the songs were. So that's up in the air, but There will be an ep in March!!! :o And it's finished as of yesterday!!

Chris made fun of his hair at the bakery apparently and the quote became a running joke. Sort of like the time Michael Buble laughed at the orange for an entire interview. :lol:
