How did you find out? How long did it take for them to get back to you? I called them just as soon as I saw this thread but I don't know, email may be more efficient....

I assume the eTalk taping is at 3, b/c Chris + Jonny are on MOD (again) later that day.

 

So wristbands are probably available for that appearance too.

I hope I'm not being too harsh, but I truly think she's too whiny..

Best Buy was giving away 50 pairs of passes online on a first come first served basis... The odds of actually snagging a pair seemed pretty unlikely, however my boyfriend and I each won a set! Craziness.

MOD announced that Coldplay would be on the show yesterday on its show. I called right away and was able to get a call back today confirming my wristband. I called the automated ticket line and the woman said that they were now full and it was weird she kept asking me "ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO COME" as if she wanted me to say no...apparently they are booked full with a large waitlist...which doesn't surprise me.

I emailed them as soon as I saw the posting and they got back to me within about 15-20 min..pretty fast actually!:)

I'm so annoyed. Damn, I REALLY wish I could go to this. I got an email just saying 3pm..but I can't go anyway. DAMN

definitely not too harsh... she used to come into my old place of employment all the time... she seemed pretty fake.

haha well the only reason i even heard of it was because I had to join the Best Buy Reward Zone to request a code for pre-sale tickets for the concert... and then they sent an email about the soundcheck passes to members a while ago

I attended the eTalk session. I was in the standing section behind the hosts.

 

I was disappointed that none of my swag signed, and I was just an arm's length away from both Chris and Johnny. Whenever I attend these junkets (Muse, Travis, Ian Brown, etc.) i have no problem getting autographs... The guy sitting in front of me had like 3 items signed

 

Ben Mulroney's a tool. What was with his hair questions... and incessant make up during the commercial break....

An in-studio interview. Just aired locally.

I wish I brought my VLV record... would have been smack in front of Johnny's face and he would have signed it :-P

It just aired. Clearly wasn't quite live- the Atlantic Canada version aired an hour before the national HD one, just like it always does. (Different time zone).

 

Think I saw a coldplayer I recognized in the audience, but I'm not sure. Squeak up if you were there! ;)

 

Oh, and big news. Chris said they were working on the next album yesterday and (go figure) had changed their minds about how good some of the songs were. So that's up in the air, but

Not really, it sounded like it was made from the remnants of what would have been the next album which they aren't so sure about now. But Chris is too negative about everything, so it's hard to tell.

Oh..well......it's still good to hear any new material, especially if we've already had to wait three years for new stuff.
