OK, so I know it's a silly reason to start a thread, but I figured I'd find some sympathy here.

 

I stuck it in my tour programme, and today, when I went to show it to a friend who's also a fan, it was gone! I've looked under everything, behind everything...gone through the programme 5 times...nothing!

 

Grrrrrrrr.......

 

But just so this isn't just a useless whining thread, did you guys catch any? Where do you keep yours? Let's talk butterflies,lol.

Aw, that's sweet, Angie. Maybe if they don't play S. America again, you should send Lore one.:) (But I hope they do so Lore can meet them again...and get a butterfly or 2!)

My friend went to the Boston show, but she wasn't able to get one...too far back, I guess. SHe wanted to get a bunch and make a mobile out of them. How cute would that be?

I'll have to hope I get better seats for Ottawa so I can get more than one. It was really cool how I got mine. When they came down, everyone was clamoring for them, and I didn't want to miss the music, so I just kind of waited till everyone had theirs. Then I looked down and there was one sitting ON my shoe! It was like it was meant just for me.:) I know it's just a little peice of tissue paper, but it was such a cool concert moment forme.

Hey, I made a mobile with butterflies, too! :)

But not with the original ones from the concerts (I have to wait three more days :pleased:)

i'm gonna burst into tears when i don't catch a single one because i've been telling my friends (who's coming along with me) to catch as many as possible.

Oh man, since I was on the floor and I freaked out and went crazy when they fell, I have about 2 bags full of butterflies ! The shiny blue and purple ones, the UV ones, the neon ones, the regular coloured ones...all of them !

Oh I never have thought of catching butterflies...those most beautiful kinds are so rare that I dare not to catch,afraid of making them extinct,and the common kinds are just worthless to catch for me.

the best part was that they come down slowly at first and then you are drowning in them by the end

both seats i have for the concerts i'm going to aren't really in the "butterfly zone," i don't think, but i plan to sneak down after the concert is over and scoop some leftovers up from the floor into a bag. i hope i can do this...annie said that's what she did!

the butterflies literally cover the entire floor, so if you're on the floor or really close to the floor, i think you'll be good. :D

 

it was really funny. at the philadelphia concert, some of the butterflies stuck together, so there were like big chunks of them falling, and one fell on my head. that got me a lot of them! :P!!!

i've one from last time's Philly show,its a flourescent butterfly which i am very careful about.

 

and also this time i'll be on floor at Philly and i'll collect even more of them.

awww! I have all my Coldplay stuff in a box too! I have to decorate it though.. I even have my albums on there too :nice:

I have a box that I put all my Coldplay CDs in, and a little bag for tickets and stuff...it's cool how some of us almost have 'shrines' to them,lol.:)

well that´s weird, last time i went to a coldplay gig (as if i had been to many :laugh3:) i grabbed some of the coloured papers that came out of the balloons they threw on yellow. I put them in my pocket and some fell inside the program too. Guess what? i get up the next morning and they were all gone!!

maybe they fade or something...:thinking:
