How many siblings do you have?

Featured Replies

i always really wanted a twin, preferably identical. i think having a twin sister would be cool to share clothes and girly things with, but a twin brother would also be really cool. for a while i wanted to have twins when i grow up, but i'm back on the track of refusing to have more than one :P

I'd love to have twins... but a boy and a girl or 2 boys...

I have one half sibling, RHYS! my little bro. gah i can't stand him sometimes. :P

I have two younger sisters in their early teen years.

I also have a sister in law, who I basicially consider a sister, and three brothers in law I consider brothers.

We all get along very well!

2 siblings - one brother and one sister. Both are older than I am.

Two: younger brother and sister. Brother is 15 and sister is 9.

2 younger sisters, and 1 younger brother.

Reading a couple of other threads tonight got me thinking about family...

How many brothers & sisters do you have?

Do you get on with them?

Have they influenced the person you've become?

I'm an only child, and I think that's why I'm such an independant person. I love my friends and family, but I'm also very comfortable when I'm on my own.

How about you?

1. no brother, no sister

2. :uhoh:

3. :worried:

i am only child too, and sometimes i would like to have had a brother or sister preferebily an older brother but life is how it is.

I am an independant person too, somtimes i think that i shouldn't be that independant because it could make people think that i am unsociable or something, but i like to be on my own most of the time, but if i would have had relatives surelly we all would had influenced each other even if none of us noticies that.

I have a younger brother. He is 5 years younger.

I have a brother and a sister. My sister is 2 years older than me and my brother is 5 years older than me.

I get along with both of them quite well. Better with my brother than with my sister though

One older brother. 6 years older.

We do manage to keep our relationship as friendly as possible but yeah we have our setbacks hehe. Though it used to be worse when we were both younger. And now it's mostly about fooling around and teasing each other.

And I never wanted any other siblings, to be honest. I'm perfectly happy with my only one.

Somehow I pictured you as an only child, Anniebee. Not sure why though, hmm. You get along with yours well there?

I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters!!

Big family ! Yay !

So much love in my house.. I have three sisters and two brothers (one half bro).

They're all older than me. We have a 17-year age difference with my eldest brother which makes us VERY different. I love them all.. we were fighting of course.. and sometimes it was very ugly, still is sometimes. It did happen that we wouldnt talk to each others for weeks or months.. But now we're all grown ups and adults (am I ?:uhoh:) and family's the most important thing in the world!

Did they influence the person I am today ? DEFINITELY ! I admire my sisters, and take lots of their advice. We get along SO WELL now. And we miss each other if we dont call one another for a day ! Although I dont have that with my brothers.. they live so far away and it's different.. long story !

however, I think I am pretty independent. I live on my own.. and decided to move out as soon as I turned 18. But for sure I wouldnt be able to live in another country and not see them for like a year. It's impossible !

with my bro... we're like friends.. it's great.. with my sis not so much but still we love each other... I guess :P

Ooh, the twin thing, that's interesting. In my entire life I've only ever known one set of twins - a boy & a girl - but at the school I now teach in we have five or six pairs. So you do you have any of that weird twin stuff going on - can you read each others minds or feel each others pain: or does that just happen to twins on tv?

Ok, I'm not understanding this one. If you only have two siblings, how come you have four in-laws?

I think she meant she has two sisters from the same mum and dad and the other four are not.

Ah, like half brothers & sisters rather than brother & sisters-in-law?

Think, yes, maybe. It's best to leave it for her to answer, I guess. hehe

well, well, i'm an only child and LOVE to be alone in home! it's awesome, i can whatever i want. of course, i love my family and friends! but be alone in home... wow, it gives me such a freedom feeling, U know?! the person who influenced me more is my mother. i'm so alike with her... sometimes, in the phone, people think that i'm my mother! do you believe that MY DAD started to discuss and yelling me at the phone, thinking that i was my mom? gosh... i let him talk and them... "hey dad!":laugh3: he was so embarrased... it was really cool, you know?:D
