You mean just today? Debs wrote back to Lore and agreed to help us! She's going to set up a PO Box to which we can send our postcards, and we'll have the address around Monday, we think. :)

Oh cool, I have just looked at some of the templates, but what do you do, do you print them off onto paper?...I don't understand....OOH, I'm sooo confused :bigcry:

Some people are using templates, but I don't believe we are making them mandatory. So far the only requirement is to attach the project logo, which you'll be able to vote for starting Tuesday (although that may change now that things are moving so quickly).

I'm doing my best! I'm 99.99999% sure they're optional, how's that? :P I can't imagine that we'd make them mandatory. A while ago we were toying with the idea of mixing the logo into a template, but we decided not to do that, so...

do you think that whoever designs the "postcards from far away" logo could make it a standard address label size so that it would be easy to print and stick directly on the card??

I just resized one of the stamps, actually you're not able to read anything on it any longer then... :confused:

I think this thread needs a reboot - or a new one started from scratch with where we're up to right now. So many important points are lost in the pages that people can't find them.

 

Actually a reboot would do, all pertinent points up till now collated in one big post (hopefully soon).

well you wouldn't want the logo to be that large anyway because there has to be so much in such a small space anyway.......

Yeah, that's what I meant, unfortunately the logos were created too big. And people should think of the size of the text when they're creating them. Cos if they don't all work is gone ... :cry2: Hope they saved the photoshop files. I always delete them too quickly, or actually I never use them... haha.

So please people, think of a readable text on your great work!
