At one point, he even tried to pull Jonny up with him. All I saw was the pulling, I hope he didn't almost fall...yikes. They did seem a lil nervous. That's a huge friggin' crowd.

I was in my car when I listened to that radio interview (telling they call the TV on stage like that) and had to smile at a traffic light... the guy next to me gave me such a weird look!

Most of the roll was missed as well as Chris & ahemChriscrotchahem right in the lower left corner of the tv. I wish I could have gotten a quick screencap! Was cute!!! :wink3:

November 24, 200817 yr Chris seemed a bit nervous, but Coldplay is still the best. Guy sounded great with the backup vocals and of course, the bass guitar. Jonny and Will were awesome, as usual. I hope they win an award tonight. It's well deserved!
November 24, 200817 yr i have to watch that again to really SEE it; i was concentrating too hard on listening. i'll hunt it down on youtube or something tomorrow. the bright side is that chris's curls are coming back. no more cancer-patient look! and the butterflies were awesome, as always. i'll never stop loving those.
November 24, 200817 yr Maybe the reason why they did not sound that good was because they have not had a lot of practice/soundcheck time? Most of the artists have been warming up for a week and have been working with the crew to make them sound good, while Coldplay has been touring and today was the only day they had to practice in that setting. They've probably only practice for a real short period of time, if that.
