November 4, 200817 yr I usually shower once in the morning and then before bed. But then there are times when I don't have the time to shower in the morning so I do in the evening, or vice versa.

It's actually really good for sore muscles too. So I guess you could make the claim that only tough, sport-playing guys take baths.:P
