Talking about it now even sure if all the tubes will be running on Saturday as on most weekends some of them are shut due to work going on.

I never know as I never use the tube on weekends.

 

So in any case check http://www.tfl.gov.uk - it should say somewhere on the website which works will be going on next weekend.

I was going to arrive 4pm, gate opening time, do reckon that'll be okay, or should I get there earlier.

 

And also, question about toilets, if you go, will it be likely you wll lose your place in the crowd. So just hang on till 11pm...

Are you sitting or standing? if you're sitting and leg it straight after the last song you may be alright, if you're standing you could be in trouble. took about 15-20 mins after Foo's and Oasis and we had seats. took an hour at least after muse and I was stood.

 

Wembley Stadium station is really near to the stadium like Wembley Central tube station is, in fact, here's a map:

So what concerns me isn't how far away the station is, it's that there's going be so many people trying to leave the stadium at once.

umm....please tell me that I've read the tube track closures thing wrong, because what I read is that the Jubilee line from Waterloo to Wembley park (and on from there) is closed on SATURDAY 19th of september from 15.30 (3.30pm) on?? :stunned: that would suck!

there's still ofc the metropolitan line, but still! :thinking:

 

could be...when TT played wembley on the saturday both jubilee line and metropolitan line were closed...replacement bus services....sigh...

Yep, Pris...i'm going to London! Noelia knows all too well how spontaneous i am. I booked my flight friday morning and hotel on saturday. I am flying out early monday morning, arriving in london in the evening.

yes, the jubelie line will be closed untl 3.30 pm and then reopen I guess.

But it looks like the met line is running all day at least til wembley from central london.

Yeah that's my biggest fear at this moment :\ Now I hope so much that we will be able to queue at any gate, but if that's not possible I hope that me and Johku have the same gate. But if not, then I hope that someone else have the same situation so we could switch tickets somehow.. uhm don't panic don't panic don't panic :uhoh:

just a suggestion, but perhaps the list of concert goers could be updated to also reflect those who are picking up the ticket(s) from the Box Office? so's we know how many & who we are...in the case we really need to swap tickets...or should we want to all invade the Box Office in the morning to demand for our tickets. :P

Wembley Park station - you have to get either the Jubilee Line or Metropolitan Line, think from Kings Cross its better to get the met line but not sure.

How early should I get to Wembley Stadium this Saturday - 19th?

 

Hello all...I'm wondering what is the best time to get to the concert this Saturday. I know the ticket office says the concert officially starts at 4pm...and I'm assuming everyone will get there before then...but are there any benefits to getting there super early....even perhaps camping out in the morning? Any advice would be much appreciated!

People were joining the queue for old trafford at about 9am and the gates didnt even open till 4pm. If you want to be right at the front you got to be very early.

The entrance gate for me is entrances H or J.
