Its xmas time, so either people are too broke to by tickets or there will be some very happy peeps with concert tickets in there chrissy stockings , and no not chris's socks either lol pheeeeeeewwwwww:laugh3:

Ah yeah ppl could use them as presents.

Hurry up before they both sell out! I just had a look for the best available seat for the first show out of interest and it couldn't find anything which suggests all seats are gone for that one.

Did you manage to get a ticket Rick?

Sadly it's not possible for me to attend the Auckland concert because of the cost. Not only of the ticket, but there will also be airfares to and from Wellington and Auckland airports, plus hotel accomodation in Auckland and then there's transport as well.

I got tickets. :D

good for you rick, we are heading over to the aussie shows but i want to go to the auckland ones too but hubby says NO lol boooohoooooo maybe if i turn the tears on he might give in lol

I'd recently seen the Coldplay concert in Auckland advertised on TV and now there will be a 2nd concert. A friend of mine is going to Auckland to see them. I am so jealous.

Has anyone who bought tickets online from ticketmaster received them yet? Got mine in the 1st pre-sale and they still haven't come which is odd for ticketmaster. Usually they come within a few days. Has been the holiday period though to be fair. Guess I should give them a ring in a couple of days if they still haven't arrived.

Yes if your tickets haven't arrived by the end of the week, it will be a good idea to contact Ticketmaster to find out what's causing the delay.

yeah mine took a while to get too, but got mine the other day.

Anyone know whose supporting? I've seen in some of the ads that the concert includes 'special guests'. I doubt it will be anyone too special.. i think the best band to support coldplay from nz would probably be opshop

I guess it will probably be Opshop or someone similar. Usually it's a local or Aussie band isn't it?

  • 1 month later...

Just got my tickets!!

I find printing your own tickets is the easiest,no waiting for your tickets to arrive etc.......

Where does one find the setlist?

yippeeeeee not long to go now yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

What seats do you have?

Oh man I am so keen to go seem them! But none of my friends are as a big a fan as me, so I would have no one to go with... And I've left it a bit too late to consider any other way now as the main one's I can see left over are the $179.. Too pricey for me at the moment, especially as I have to get textbooks for Uni soon. I'm so jealous of everyone else though! You're gonna have such a fantastic time! XD

^I had that same problem..i left it too late, but i wasn't going too miss out so i just paid the gold seating price...!

Oh well yeah I would love to do be able to just do that, but I'm just a poor student at the moment >.< Hopefully they will come again in the near future!

I wouldn't worry about going alone though. I went to Snow Patrol by myself. Just because none of my friends wanted to didn't mean I had to miss out did it? Maybe more fun going with others but it's not like you're going to talk to each other during the show are you?

Oh yeah I suppose that's a fair point... And no one would really know.. If I went in the GA, people wouldn't even know either XD It's just fun to share it with a friend too

That's true yeah.

Hmm that's true too.. Maybe I'll just have to go overseas then and see that time, and by that time, let's hope I've got some money stored away for the trip >.<
