Would you believe it? Chris De Burgh, the Mr Nice of rock, is laying into Coldplay.

Lady In Red is total shite, imo, but CDB made a lot of really beautiful music in his time. Spaceman Came Traveling is pure joy, and Patricia The Stripper is a classic. Just saying someone sucks overall just because they don't like our favorite band is just unfair. Yes, I think he's wrong, but he's entitled to his opinion...doesn't mean everything he ever did is crap. Too bad he went so MOR and simpy, but give the music you didn't hear a chance.:)
