So this thread is the answer to another in which one people tell which Coldplay song they can't stand no more...

Instead of "fighting", let's find THE song that everyone loves !

So I begin... I don't hate any of their songs ;)

I put some songs in the poll, vote for those you don't like !

But I'm not sure, what songs should I choose for the poll ? Most loved or most hated ones ?

I personally would not label discussing least favorite Coldplay songs as "fighting." Yes, there were disagreements, but I didn't see any real fighting going on. I think that it's perfectly acceptable to talk about Coldplay songs that people aren't particularly fond of. It's not "hating" on Coldplay or anything of the sort. I'm fairly sure that everyone in the thread loves Coldplay. It's not very mature for one to not be able to accept any Coldplay songs being disliked. Anyway, I don't think that there is one song that everyone here loves. It is a bit unrealistic to think that there is one.

Nah, there are definitely people who do not like Clocks. Probably due to its extreme popularity and overplaying. Same about Viva la Vida. You're not going to find a song that everyone loves.

I think there's a certain contingent that will always hate the big singles off of principle. I have trouble imagining anyone disliking "Don't Panic", although I'm sure they exist.

And I totally accept the fact that some of us don't like some Coldplay songs, that's why I'm trying to find one that everyone loves :)

I understand that songs like VLV or Clocks or In my Place aren't loved by everybody, since they are very popular...

But Don't Panic is great !

And what do you think about Amsterdam ?

Amsterdam is one of the most beautiful coldplay songs!

Well, I love Don't Panic very, very much, personally. One of my top Coldplay songs. It's true, though, that there are probably people here who aren't very fond of it.

Amsterdam makes my heart melting whenever I listen to it... Especially since I've really discovered the lyrics, so sad... but so beautiful :heart:
