The shirt off Chris's back!!

I was browsing through E Bay for Coldplay stuff (as you do) and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Coldplay-Chris-Martin-shirt-Unique-opportunity_W0QQitemZ220415799073QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Music_Music_Memorabilia_LE?hash=item220415799073&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1687%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A2%7C294%3A50

Now I hate to give this person free advertising but I wondered what you all think about him cashing in on Chris's generosity when he threw his shirt to the crowd that night in Bologna?

OH MY GOD......

I

want

It

:bomb:

5 grand?! :o

I want it but no way I'd pay 5 grand!

i don't know, as hard up as i am for money right now, i would never part with that shirt, for any price, it's priceless!

Didnt Chris go to hand it to a young boy in the audience and that guy ripped it out his hands?! i remember reading that, i think it might be this guy!

I think it's stupid that he is selling it. I mean, he gave it to him! Why sell it? Doesn't make sense!

That's pretty awesome to have his shirt though. :P

Sorry but that is for me ill, Chris away his shirt and then it ends up on ebay :( I would give so much to get his shirt after the concert. Something you just can not sell them.

I agree, I can´t believe that he is selling it. I would´ve kept it if I was him! He´s not a true Coldplayer :disappointed:

It would be very funny if CHRIS bought it to hand it out to someone else! :D

:laugh3:

Haha ... that would be very funny indeed ;)

No, it would be funny if somebody brought this guy to his right mind and made him taking back the auction.

That way - purely hypothetical - he would STILL get money for it.

He shouldn't make money with it. :veryangry2:

Having such awesome memorabilia is great, but only when you got it yourself, not when you buy it from someone like this guy.

(I have a guitar pick from a roadie and even though it isn't worth much it means a lot to me - only because I have a memory attached to it. You can't buy THAT.)

He should be told off for trying to make money.

So many other people would be so happy to have gotten it that night.

Sadly sometimes the wrong people get amazing give-aways like the shirt.

I would be so happy if nobody actually bid for it.

How do we even know that this is real? I agree, though, that it would be moronic to try to sell such a thing.

for 5,000 it better still have Chris in it!

Exactly! I would pay 5 grand for that :P

Here here!!!

:)

I am so mad why would he wanna sell something so priceless... he's making Chris gratitude look so damnn cheap...

WHY WOULD HE SELL IT??

if it had been me, i'd have encased it in bulletproof glass and kept it forever. :wacky:

Same here! What moron...he doesn't deserve to have gone to the concert! He makes me so mad!:veryangry2:

CHILL!

I didn't mean it literally ...

I wondered what you all think about him cashing in on Chris's generosity when he threw his shirt to the crowd that night in Bologna?

well it's his shirt now, so it doesn't really matter what he does with it..

and yikes the shirt looks so dirty here.. :\

I know!!

I just wrote on your member page... That comment wasn't meant against you!!!

What's the big deal?? Even if this IS real (which it probably isn't) when Chris gave him the shirt he obviously realized that either the fan would a) keep it or b) sell it on eBay. That's what happens to famous people's clothes. It isn't like it's sacrilege to not keep Chris Martin's shirt

if chris chucked his shirt to the crowd.. then that means. OMG haha he wouldn't have a shirt on! yumm :P anyone have any pics? :laugh3:

i would totally pay $5000.. -cough cough- if only i was the richest person in the world..

That's what I was thinking too! I was like "hmm so he was shirtless and no pictures??? If Chris gave this to a girl.. the girl would probably sleep with the shirt next to her every night! haha :D
