Turnout for EU elections are pretty bad at the best of times.

Well I voted for the Roman Party.

Ā

I have no idea what he stands for, but the name sounded cool.

Ā

so far the information concerning Spain result.

Ā

low participation.... similar in 2004, so a high abstein rate. (may be to punish two main parties again?)

Ā

parties that have won:

PP (centre-right wing), 23

PSOE (centre-left wing), 21

another 3 parties, whose names i don't remember, got 5.

Ā

sadly the party which i've voted for didn't got good results and is a shame since they have been the only party that only talked about Europe during the campaign. :(

Ā

from the government has been said there were no incidents, and is not true since today a music radio station keep broadcasting campaign adverts (curious for the government party) today when it is forbid to do so.

Ā

i wonder how the result was in other European countries. :)

BNP have won a seat in the European Parliament.

They've won a second seat in the North West. :(

Ā

Can't believe some of the racist parties that have gained seats in these elections. Crazy!

I“m so angry, because people from my country ignored it. I think, it“s shame for us, because we preside over EU.. less than 25% is too little...
