I'm so thick for giving a damn about potentially offensive language. Shame on me. Yes, I get it, you don't mean it in an offensive way, but, I still... don't get it. Whatever.

if you don't mean it offensively then there is nothing fucking wrong with it... it's another story if you do mean it offensively.

Sorry if I've offended anyone or pissed anyone off. It's just my opinion and something that I get easily worked up/emotional about. x

^^i don't really see a need to apologize, everyone has their own opinion.

no one is saying its ok to say it but its life...its something that people are saying and probably always are....but what i think most of us are saying or atl east i am is that why get so worked up over it and start getting mad and shit when she didnt mean anything by it so its stupid argueing about it.....

no idea if that made sense haha

the only problem with that is a lot of the people i know who say it actually do mean it to be offensive. and really, i think that if you say it, you're meaning it to be offensive.

it's just as easy to say "that's ridiculous" or "that's absurd".

^ who uses absurd :laugh3:

actually, the original poster of this thread did...

No.. not gay as "happy" or "homosexual" ..it's just GAY.. it's absurd. What is this waffle madness?? There are 3 threads on the first page that being with "Yes I am.."

People.. for real... we know you're needy for attention.. but can you please stop acting retarded?

Thank you :happy:

Well I agree with you that it's unfortunate the connotations have become mixed and the original meaning of the word is completely lost.

Personally I like the British slang "bent" because it's the opposite of "straight" and it's one syllable which is much easier than saying "homosexual". ;)

@Brooke ahhhh.. a :square:

jk, please don't take me seriously... damn you non believers of sarcasm!!

NO!

we keep it classy and say diriculous...

E=MC^2

Isn't this intelligent stuff? :rolleyes:

I agree with you, although you aren't the first person that mentions it

Because when people are bored they go to The Lounge.

They expect to be amused, but end up talking in a boring conversation with other bored people.

Thus making a gay Coldplaying.

^Wow, I made a theory. :wacky:^

I hate white people.

>_>

Then you hate Coldplay.

I don't enjoy being offended, but I don't give a shit.

I hate white people.

O RLY?

BTW.. I just wanna state that I have nothing against same sex marriage or gays and lesbians in general. In fact, I was extremely angry when they banned same sex marriage in Cali last week (or was it this week? :confused:)

yah that was idiotic. :veryangry:

gays and lesbians deserve to be able to get married too.

The government needs to get out of marriage in general. Ugh.

Marriage is between two people who love each other, regardless of their gender. So fuck those fat...meanies...who are against love. >=[

I read on SWPL that white people like being offended.

I hate white people.

*swoons*
