I don't like Coldplay anymore

Featured Replies

There is a difference between being huge and being MTV clowns.

Can you elaborate on how they've set out to become "MTV clowns"?

i think disliking a band because they become popular is ridiculous. music is supposed to reach out to people and bring them together. i say, the more the merrier!

besides, coldplay have pretty much always been huge. to say you don't like them anymore now because they're "too mainstream" just doesn't make much sense.

that's just my opinion...

I agree with you.

I think its really dumb when people think the cool thing to do is listen to "underground stuff" the music that nobody else knows about.

What makes that fun?

That's whats so great about this place, is we all have something in common with the fact that we like coldplay.

...I'm just sayin.

I agree with you.

Listening to Coldplay was way cooler without those fangirls.

I will never stop listening to Coldplay... My grandchildren will listen to them.

I agree!

edit: But I still like Coldplay ^_^

Well aren't you cool earth to raven?

Yeah.

Fuck them for being successful.

Agree.

Fuck them for their freaking music, fuck them for making me addicted to their music and fuck them for being talented, they make me so fucking sick!

I would be more proud to be a coldplay fan if they weren't so famous.

Same here.

I would be more proud to be a coldplay fan if they weren't so famous.

But if they weren't so famous they'd not be on tour to many different countries and maybe you might haven't seen them live by now.

^

That truly made me LOL!

if they weren't so famous i might not know who they are.

some brainless fangirls just ruin the point of all of this...

I think what Crests is saying is that she would still like their music even if they were not played on major radio stations or played on the video networks. You know how you can like something that is not that well-known, as in worldwide, but is well-known in your area? I think that is what she is trying to say. That they didn't have to be famous, she likes what she hears.

I stopped liking Coldplay after they stole my song. Those bastards.
