They have some very colorful reviews, but in the long run they're just a bunch of arrogant indie snobs who use indulgent rubbish as excuses to be anything but objective about mainstream albums and the same reasoning to put crap on a pedestal for reasons no one can quite understand.

 

I do dig the Belle add. But to return to my point, they gave 'The Boy with the Arab Strap' a 0.8/10. wtf.

20. The Rat - The Walkmen. Great song, don't think I would put it so high but it's a really great song.

Believe me they are EXTREMELY anti Coldplay. They rated A Rush Of Blood To The Head around 5.5 and stated that "they were going to find it hard to recover from the album" or something like that! It was bloody hilarious considering where Coldplay stand in world music right now! :lol:
