October 6, 200916 yr I've gained 5 pounds in the last two weeks. 1. Lift weights: bench & squats mostly. 2. Keep a diary of how many calories you eat per day. Shoot for 2700 to 3000 calories per day. Best way to do this is eat 1000 calories for breakfast, so you knock out the most early on in the day. Lots of cheese, nuts, whole grain bread, milk, fruit juice. 3. Don't weigh yourself except on Fridays. Because if you see how slow the progress is, you get discouraged and quit. Never underestimate how what a lazy piece of sh*t you are.

October 6, 200916 yr Yuck....physical activity? The only major physical activity I get is when I ride horses. But, anywhoo, my brother has the same problem. He eats and eats and still gains no weight.... although...he is pretty buff. He drinks protein shakes in the morning.... :P
