thanks...i wish my "problem" is something that i don't deal with everyday. it's easier to forget and get over it. However for me, the problem is someone at the workplace. so it's impossible to escape from. :-/

Well...I've been feeling very dejected for some time:worried2:maybe that's still summer-ending syndrome, or coldplay-concert-ending? So...I need your help, guys:speechless:

Any recipe of eliminating that awful feeling? (except Coldplay, of course:PThey help, but I need smth more)

I watch things like this:

I watch a whole bunch of stuff like that, sometimes I actually sleep, let it go fof by it own self... sometimes it works :dozey:

If your low mood persists for a while and you think it's a bit more than just 'normal' down feelings, perhaps actual slight depression, then again exercise is proven to be one of the most beneficial things. There are also safe, natural supplements you can look at taking: St John's Wort, or 5-HTP, neither very expensive and both available from health shops.

Hope you feel better soon :)

I had a paranoid episode in August, which was making me having have panic attacks everyday. It took me 2 weeks to snap out of it, yet I decided to address the issue [see, panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder]

In addition to exercise, I started taking St. John's Wort, and I think it has help me keep my good mood.

Hope so...I have a Honors thesis and a 25-page paper to finish before December, AND the last thing I need is to panic really bad again :dozey:

But i would suggest lovers in japan :D

HULL YES!!!!

That's true, doing exercise makes you feel better. Some years ago I got really depressed, but I practiced some sports and it really helped me.

I also read a lot and listen to music when I'm feeling sad, helps me "disconnect" from almost everything.

Exercise + Music =
