I like the raw feel to it. what songs do you like them? my favorites are: Song for B, Noisy Birds, Wakes, Uptight, Always. I really like their first album Invisible Hand alot! I like their new album but have to listen to it more.

Actually I heard that new song about a week before they released it. I guess i've just posted nice things about the band on their facebook that one of the members has sent me facebook messages about the band and what not. I think it's pretty cool :D Also I don't know about you but the opening chord of Song for B always reminds me of Radiohead's The Tourist.

That's because it's the same chord :P. I thought the exactly thing actually, but just now tried it out and the first two chords are pretty much the same. It's addictively smooth.

I even asked the guy if Song for B was influenced directly by The Tourist and he said something like the band in general are influenced by Radiohead a lot (clearly you can hear it in their sound). He didn't fully answer my question...haha. I'm really surprised that not as many people know about this band, they seem like they'd be quite popular.

September 13, 201015 yr Author a cover of Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb... surprisingly really good! I actually found the first time I listened to Fictionist that they sounded a lot like Floyd.
November 19, 201015 yr Author the band has a rebroadcast of one of their performances in the studio here: https://fictionist.bandcrashers.com/ It was recorded at the end of September and I was able to watch it live... really good and worth it!
