I have mixed thoughts about the idea of Coldplay receiving such an honour.

 

Would Coldplay like it do you think? I'm not sure it sits well with Chris' irreverent humour, but then again I could easily see him turning up to the palace in his 18th century outfit as an in-joke.

 

Do you think Coldplay would like to be in the New Year's honours list? Would be a good thing or not?
