Ever since I started working I am going to bed at 10 or earlier on weekdays.... and around 12 on saturday it which messes up my sunday night cuz I can't go to bed early on sunday, but I miss those days in which I used to go to sleep at 5:30 - 9:00 am

Yeah, that's the thing. Since I have a job, and school, I'm tired when I get home. Sometimes it's earlier than 10. Because I have a life. :P

Usually between midnight and 2am.... sometimes later than 4am when I go out :wacky:

At uni it used to be around 3 or 4 am, when everyone else had gone to sleep in my house and I knew I could sleep with no noise/distractions.

Now back at home, its more like 1-2am. No matter how hard I try to get an 'early night' I just cannot sleep before this time really :\ I think its a mental thing.

It varies a lot, if I'm very tired and sad it can be before 8 pm, but it's usually around midnight or 1 am. And if I don't have to wake up early, around 2 or 3 am.

I went to bed at midnight last night.

And I slept til noon. :shame:

i need roughly 9 hours of sleep to feel... well, awake during the next day.

i mostly go to bed between 12 and 1 am.

going to university helps being able to sleep in ;)

9 hours?! :surprised:

Lucky :nice:

I can only sleep 6 or 7, 8 maximum.

i actually read an article some time ago about how much sleep someone needs, depending on the age.

i can't really remember but it said sth like... teenagers need roughly 10 hours of sleep, adults 7 - 8 hours and old people 5 - 6 hours ;)

Like 10, I'm always really tired coz I swim so much. Takes a while to fall asleep, though.

It's nice in the morning if you get a lot of sleep :wacky:

I never sleep. You only live once, why waste it on sleeping?

If you don't sleep, your body will suffer...

If you dont get enough sleep then it becomes hard to really live your one life.

When Ive had a serious lack of sleep I tend to stare off into space and unable to pay attention when someone is talking directly to me.

wow... i usually need to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep

^im sure it's more than healthy to do so, but even if i go to bed at 10pm, i cannot fall asleep... i don't know why, I'm just weird like that... Ive gotten used to it so it's not that much of a big deal though sometimes i feel like crashing all day and it sux big balls.

i know what you mean about falling asleep. sometimes it takes me over an hour or 2 to fall asleep. I guess what makes it worse is that I think about not falling asleep which makes me not fall asleep... sorta a self-fullfilling prophecy
