I think everyone worries about school and if what they are going for/going to go for them is the right thing to do. I say just go w/ what you feel is right and if worse comes to worse you can always change your major or have a backup plan.

 

initially I was going to major in music because i wanted to be an artist releasing albums but I felt it wasn't a very realistic field to go into. Not just because the music industry is struggling, but also being a one person band is tough and compared to others my age, my stuff can sound off or whatever.

 

though i'm in graphic design and I really enjoy it i'm glad that I can still have music as a big hobby and still get to make music.

I am pretty sure you'd have to take some calculus courses and a statistics course at some point.

Calculus should be fun, but I fucking hate Statistics, oh my...

for me i'd rather write papers than tests.

 

I feel at least for me I can work my way through a paper. Tests on the other hand are right or wrong, there's usually no grey area

i took calc in HS... it was interesting and kinda hard. I enjoyed it though
