June 22, 201016 yr i don't like life in technicolor ii, clocks, a whisper...although i used to like them all at first but for LITii i think watching the video made me dislike it, clocks because it almost the only coldplay song the play on the radio, a whisper because i felt it didn't fit right after the epic a warning sign on the album

June 22, 201016 yr Lost+. That's probably the only song by them I really don't like. I love all their other songs, a few not so much and are songs that I can just listen too without noticing. Lhuna isn't that great and is probably my next least favourite, but it's listenable to for me, unlike Lost+

July 5, 201016 yr A Whisper is my least favorite. I'm not a huge fan of Daylight either, but it's growing on me. And it may be an unpopular opinion, but I really dislike Clocks. It improved live, but it really doesn't do anything for me. I don't understand why it's such a huge hit.

July 28, 201016 yr The only song I may say I don't like is Lost+ mainly because of Jay-Z's part. However, I do have my least favourite songs: only superstition, high speed and twisted logic. For years I used to skip "a Whisper" , I would rarely listen to it but it has been growing on me lately for some reason.

People can be stupid, I think and in my experience what is most popular is usually not the best. I don't dislike Viva La Vida and it strongly appeals to my geeky side that loves history and is always applying it to historical figures, but it's certainly not my favorite. rainy day I agree. I don't particularly like that one. It just...doesn't appeal to me. The beginning sounds really silly to me and the rest is just meh. Also I'm kinda surprised a few people have brought up Sleeping Sun. I really like that one for some reason.
September 3, 201015 yr Least Favourite Coldplay Song? - God forbid I made this thread, but I have to confess that curiosity got the better of me this time. I've refrained from naming this thread 'Worst Coldplay Song', as any hardcore fan of the band will realise that Chris Martin doesn't do ''worst''. However, everyone must have a song that they deem 'not as good' as others. If you were under torture say, and this question could save your life (sorry for the explicit hyopthesis), what would your answer be? Personally, my least favourite Coldplay song is Chinese Sleep Chant. Partly because I don't feel it should be conjoined with Yes, as both songs have completely different melodies, and partly because I feel Coldplay could have written it with a bit more beat. And thirdly, the song reminds me strongly of Radiohead, a band I have strongly grown to dislike. So, that's me, let's hear your thoughts!
September 3, 201015 yr Its interesting to hear about your dislike of CSC, personally its one of the highlights of VLV and i dont understand the radiohead comparison?! 42 sounds to me the most like radiohead (up until the "you thought you might be a ghost" part)which frustrates me because I love coldplays originality. Anyway, I guess my least favourite coldplay song would have to be 1.36 or twisted logic, I still listen to them but they are not in the same category as their other stuff IMO, Also a major confession is that ive never been that keen on lost, i still like it but i never loved it, apart from that i literally LOVE every other coldplay song.

September 4, 201015 yr I'm not a big fan of Fix You...most of the time. I used to love it when X&Y came out but quickly got bored of it. Now I only listen to it when I'm feeling dramatic. :blank:
