The Roller's a really good song.

 

Although I've yet to hear much lyrically (a couple of songs I've heard are repetitive lyrically) but musically I think Beady Eye's first album will be fantastic and more than comparable to Oasis's later records, although probably not lyrically. While some can question the talent of Liam Gallagher no one can deny the excellent musicians he has alongside him in Gem Archer, Chris Sharrock and Andy Bell.

Well , I mean "Live Forever" was not very lyrically either ...

I mean , the lyrics ment a lot , but thy were quite "repetitive" :p

It means it's not a "promotional" single. Official releases are made available to download in a range of formats, whereas the other songs released weren't.

"Bring the light" charted, but only on the sales of promo 7" records.

Unfortunately not: only digital download and vinyl. The paid digital download makes it an official single.

I love it, harks back to "Married With Children". If nothing else it shows the diversity in their song library Beady Eye are capable of pulling off :).
