Heathen Chemistry bar the singles was just shit. Standing On The Shoudlers of Giants was underrated though I feel. There are two albums from Oasis that I regret - Be Here Now and Heathen Chemistry.

Cheesy?? I think it's one of those songs you either like or dislike. I find it a pleasant song.

 

You can tell the whole album is very 60s retro whether it's inspired by The Beatles, The Kinks or even The Beach Boys.

It's a very very good album. Pleasantly surprised. It's undoubtedly Liam's best moment in music since (What's The Story) Morning Glory.

Beady Eye's album has a bit of Beatles sort of sound to it but in all honesty it sounds far more like The Kinks and The La's which is far far more evident. But that's the sound of British rock n roll I guess. The only two Liam Gallagher songs I can say have sounded too Lennonesque/Beatleslike would be I'm Outta Time and The Roller. The rest doesn't really though.

Fingers crossed that they come to Leeds Festival!!!
