coldlocked
He's Irish? My friend and I made a whole argument over if he's British, Scottish or American based on his voice. SO CONFUSED.
Hysteria
Well, Scottish is British, unless you mean English? :P But yes, he's from Dublin. Although, when I first watched him as Moriarty, I did think he had a bit of an American twang in his voice so couldn't tell if he was Irish or American  but then if you listen to his interviews, he's so Irish.

The Doctor
I've never had any problems with the accents  didn't even occur to me. bleh wasn't much problem but it was difficult the first time. Yeah, except Andrew Scott because he's Irish. his accent is so strange in the series, I mean it's like he's 'hiding' his accent. That makes him so funny, reminds me of people from Limburg who are trying to talk proper Dutch :laugh3: Lol, yeah, that's what usually keeps me from looking into British tv. I'm a native English speaker, but American English lol... I'll try subtitles next time haha oh so you guys DO have problems with English? I always thought it was easy for you

Ms Magpie
American dubbing would be hilarious. :P They definitely have an accent, it's just not that obvious. And tbh, as a non-native speaker, I have more troubles with Merican accents but then again, I rarely watch American TV. And YAY, new fan aboard. :sneaky:
