I think Ping has been introduced since yesterday?

When I click on 'follow' under their name, nothing happens... :dozey: Don't have access to their PING page...

I need to see the pictures and videos so bad. Can't log on to the US-Store. Is there some way to make it work? :confused:

Is such a faff to have to set up a fake US iTunes account just to see the full content though...

Coldplay seem to be be creating something spectacular for LP5.

 

On a side-note, I really love Ping. Coldplay is updating it with a ton of new info and videos. I really liked the melody Chris and Guy were playing.

All this stuff is making my inner-Coldplay-fangirl very excited.

For those who can't seem to see pics and videos change country to the US, search for Coldplay on the store, then on their page click on "profile" on the right and it shouldn't ask you to create a Ping profile...I have an account in the Italian store and it worked this way :)

 

I know it's a pain in the ass always changing the country to see the added content, but it should be fine until they find a way to make everything available for everyone :shrug:

^Coldplay has become more of a commercial band then ever before. and at least twitter accounts are public and every1 knows abt the updates and latest news on Coldplay site.

I totally agree with nouratan: If it was all on their official site and was mirrored on Ping - fine.

But checking the site, twitter and now Ping via iTunes and not having everything at one place is what I don't like.

True. I don't like feeling like I'm missing something. I wouldn't have known about the video if you guys hadn't posted it here. There are lots of people without access to bing, itunes, etc. I hope they update everything on coldplay.com as well. It's fair to everybody that way, regardless of location, etc.

Totally agreed, I can't get itunes 10 cause of my comp. And I'm such a Coldplay junkie it hurts knowing I can't get this right on the spot during the day.. but instead have to wait and hope one of you posts it.. but it's all unorganized now... They totally should have a Ping minifeed on their site or here!

I just downloaded iTunes 10 and got a Ping account, like most of you outside the USA I can't see the pics or video. I'll try setting up a fake account or something tomorrow :rolleyes:

someone should send a msg to Debs and tell them abt our dissatisfaction on this issue. they should the pictures and videos on their site as well as ping if they want their fans involved

Ping has only been available since yesterday I'm sure sooner or later they will fix the problem we (people outside the US) have. I don't know if the problem is affecting other artists too or just Coldplay :thinking:

Hey, I don't know what I did, but I downloaded itunes 10 and started messing around, change the country and stuff and it worked!!! good thing is I managed to make it work for me, bad thing is I downloaded something I was not interested in downloading before :confused: and I can't really remember what I did to make it work other than changing the country. Here are some pics, they were new to me, I hope you can see them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I still think they should upload all this on their own website for everyone to see.
