Update of Coldplay Website / Hypnofeed

Featured Replies

I'd be more excited if EMI got their servers to work properly and the site wouldn't look as if it was designed by a child with no picture editing skills. :escaping3:

Yeah I love how they were like, "oh yeah, by the way, this is EMI's fault."

Hahaha yes, that was unmistakable! :laugh4:

Maybe EMI forgot to pay the bills. :P

Cp.com sucks right now

HYPNOFEED CHANGED? :o

so there were not song titles.. :uhoh:

They still could be hints at songs. Not all of the "stories" changed, I think at least half of the ones from last week are still there. One of the stories they added was "42, all yellow"... older song titles.

Of course maybe the point was that so they could lurk here and laugh at all of us. That's what Roadie #44 would say, anyway.

Am I the last one to see the Hypnofeed that links to our beloved site here??? Go check it out...

Yeah, under "We play, They're playing" What's that mean:D

Also, everytime I click on any of the other hypnofeeds I get nothing, then on the "Its like watching paint dry" there is a snippet of music, could it be something Coldplay did messing around?

My first thought would be to say no since the video was added in August 2009, but then I look at the user's profile and the first artist under their music interest is Coldplay. So I dunno...

At the time of this post, I can't access coldplay.com. It just shows up as "EMI hosting" / "EMI music holding page". :wtf:

Anybody else have this problem?

Yeah, wonder if they're changing the website after the voting closed yesterday for best website.

I've been there not long ago today to vote a last time for the awards and it was working fine.

:wtf:

I thought they had eliminated the problem.

It was never a change of the site when I thought it was, maybe now that I don't believe in it it will.

Prolly down for maintenance. Whatever the change is it's important for the site to go down and EMI to provide a holding page

I Take it this has happened before ? :surprised:

Hypnofeed?

Does anyone see the two spots that are "..." and link you back to coldplay.com?

Yeah I see 'em. Looks like a coding error to me.

EDIT: Looking at the page source code, I see the 'href' field is left empty for the first two stories, so the HTML seems to be just re-routing back to the host site as the default option.

Never understood the point of the hypno feed :\
