Personally I believe in Evolution because I believe in science, I think most Creationists are highly uneducated about any issue regarding science. They have no valid proof that the theory of evolution is wrong, and all their arguments stem from ignorant religious ideologies.

I think saying that there is no such thing as Evolution is like saying there is no such thing as gravity.

"God' created us to evolve, as the world itself is ever changing.

all ima sayin.:P

I believe in evolution. To me the idea of creationism doesn't really make sense how people were just put there by god. I mean with scientific evidence I just find it tough to believe in creationism.

Overall I think that religion should be separated with education (especially with so many different religions). Religion is personal.

Is it really as simple as being on one side or the other? Certainly not all religious people would consider themselves 'creationists', it's a very strong term.

Creationists come in all shapes and sizes, but their underlying belief is that there was some supreme being or some divinity involved in our creation, so yes there are two sides. Now in the two sides there are many layers, but the main point is clear in both.

What about this example?

"God' created us to evolve, as the world itself is ever changing.

all ima sayin.:P

A lot of Christians believe in this, God created us to evolve.

Or even the pure mix of Creationism and Evolution, that God created everything, back to the Big Bang and beyond.

NOOOOO MORE DEBATES ON STUFF LIKE THIS NOOOOOOOOO MY HEAD WANTS TO BURST OMG HISTORY CAN'T COMPUTE IN MY HEAD OH NO IT'S EXAMS AHHHHHHHH AOSDHPWOHOAHDOAWGROAUWGROLOAUGSDO :freak:

Irrelevant. :smug:

yes but Evolution is not about how life started its about the billions of years it took to get to this point, Kels belives God started it but she also belives in Evolution, Creationists belive God put us on the Earth just like we are now, they reject Evolution.

Evolution, I accept that people believe in God but I Don't.

My favourite subjects are Biology and Physics, there is so much proof in the DNA of all living things we share like 97% Or something similar with certain monkeys. Religious people will say that this is all just 'testing' us .

:stunned:As said- i believe in a bit of both. I dont claim to have any answers, no one does. I am concerned though, seeing recent evidence that just as man evolves, he may possibly also regress. Scary. You decide-

And why does Creationism and Evolutionism have to be in different scopes?

As stated above, a lot of people believe in religion and spirituality but reject creationism. In fact Creationism is quite a dirty word for a lot of people, it tends to put you into the category of religious extremism and believing that every word of the bible should be taken literally.

I don't see how Kels was rejecting Evolution, but let's just use the hypothetical position of someone who believes that God created everything, including Evolution (On a technicality I'd go as far to say that a lot of people who are religious, spiritual, or believe purely in Evolutionism but are open minded towards Creationism, actually fit into this category).

Believing in Creationism means that you believe our surroundings were created by God, how those surroundings were created isn't relevant, if you believe he created Evolution then you can be in both categories.

Evolution, yo.

It's true there are plenty of people who are religious but don't necessarily believe everything in the bible.

you completely missed my point,

let me put it simply

Creationists don't believe in Evolution, they think God put us on the Earth just as we are know.

Kels is not a creationist because she does believe in Evolution.

Evolution,

but everybody to their own beliefs.

Question to people,

what are/were you thought at school?

Our minister for SCIENCE wanted to introduce a book to schools saying that evolution was a hoax.

Majority of people were like Lololol Fuck off D:

that's horrible, good thing no one bought his crap, but it's pretty crazy since he is the minister of science, did he get fired?

I was taught about Evolution, thank god I wasn't sucked into any stupid creation theory

He decided not to go ahead with it,

for the obvious reason that it would be fucking stupid.

Here, I think you learn depending on your choice of subjects.

You learn evolution if do biology and you probably learn about creationism if you do religion as an exam subject.

Our biology teacher was talking to us about the some of the situations in america and was kind of laughing at it

And about kids were picketing against being thought evolution D:

obviously the parents were behind it.
