The man, a family friend of the girl's grandparents, is currently in custody facing 18 criminal charges. He has been charged with rape, sexual penetration of a child under 16 and assault with intent and was remanded in custody pending trial. The girl gave birth to the baby at an outer-suburban hospital. The alleged father was arrested on September 9 after police and the Department of Human Services (DHS) were alerted to the case, a police spokeswoman said. It is believed the DHS had not had any issues involving the girl or her family until the department was alerted to her pregnancy.

November 11, 201015 yr so bad, worst recent case here, a 10 years old girl not schooled had given birth to a kid, nobody knows the father and the family just say the father is 13 years old as according to our law he is legal to have relationships but yet is a minor to be charged for anything. :\
