November 19, 201015 yr Okay, so I decided to google and see if anyone had gotten word of it yet... Nothing! This came up, however. Just silly but it's fun to make everyone all spazzy :P From Roadie #42 - blog #76 :sneaky:

Just silly but it's fun to make everyone all spazzy :P From Roadie #42 - blog #76 As far as I'm concerned, every gig should involve a short boat trip with stunning views.... :sneaky: A lovely view...
November 19, 201015 yr As I'm abroad in London I applied for this. I never win anything though so I'm not too hopeful. It'll be cool just to hear back from anyone who was there what it was like. Gosh, I feel like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory here wondering just how amazing it might be. Of course, it's not Coldplay's factory (The Bakery and Beehive are of course) but it's still a golden ticket to an awesome night. Hopefully, one way or another there will be some cool stuff to learn from it.
November 19, 201015 yr I just don't get their niceness ... as if their music wasn't enough. Woow I would do anything to be on that boat ... uuuf (as everybody else ;) )!
November 19, 201015 yr All the boating pictures/references in this thread makes me squee. Last time I went on a boating trip was up the Nile... And that was way cool. But this is infinitely more exciting-- just the prospect and the opportunity for all the lucky Coldplayers that get selected.
November 19, 201015 yr Author We've had a bit of downtime so the deadline may be extended slightly later today, depending on how many entries come in in the next few hours.
November 19, 201015 yr Thanksgiving this year is a Thursday which is also a school day  Tidbit for the day: Thanksgiving is always on a Thursday. The day doesn't change, but the date does. I wish I knew it were on a Friday, then I could probably go. But alas, there's no way to know yet.

November 19, 201015 yr This song is for all the Coldplayers lucky enough to go..... It's to the tune of Gilligans Island TV show:D (Thanks for the inspiration Carrie) Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of the festive boat, that started from a cold dark dock, along the river Thames. The mate was the 5th Coldplay guy, his name was Mr. Phil, who boarded all the Coldplayers, and even Matt McGinn. Roadie 42 was there, but where are all the rest they met the boat and joined the crew, and sang for every guest. Our Coldplayers had so much fun, the cold was not a threat, the band was there, and warmed their hearts aboard that festive boat.
November 19, 201015 yr Author Deadline for applications is now 6pm GMT (we had a fair but of server trouble today)
