Christmas Lights

Featured Replies

Well, I think I have almost the whole song. But I'm not sure if it's all right, and if I can put that, stupid YouTube won't let me! -.- Anyway when I'll find a way I'm gonna post, I can of course explain it to you to but I don't know if you all will know what I'm talking about o.O

When you do the 'riff' thing fourth time you go G,E,G, high D, B,A,G,D with your right hand.

Oh christmas lights bring me a piano chords for cover like this :) Great cover, great piano version ! This sounds like played form somekind of official sheet music for this song.

has anyone bought that sheet from music notes yet? if you have what are you thoughts on it? is it worth the $5 or whatever? accurate to what chris is playing??

I haven't bought it, but from looking at the preview on the page (coupled with a very short and unsuccessful attempt to transcribe it by ear) it looks very accurate. I'm thinking of buying it myself, so I'll let you know if I do get around to it :)

From the preview, it indeed looks very close to what I figured out by ear :)

On the other hand, you can't see what goes afterwards (and that's more complex parts), so somebody has to try it out.

Hey, i dunno if any of you remember me. Haven't been on here in a while. I used to upload a lot of sheets and stuff

Anyways, heres the musicnotes arrangement of Christmas Lights. Sounds great:

Hey everyone! I tried to learn Christmas Lights on piano this past weekend, with a bit of layering of the riffs and such:

There's a few mistakes in there, but I blame my recently dislocated pinky :p which is slowly healing up but still...

Hope you guys like it!

:shocked2: You're great!!! :smug:

My cover will never be like yours... Also because I have a smaller keyboard

TheBigC.... you are amazing, this is one of the nicest things ever!

Well, it would be perfect. But there's one thing you shouldn't do. I love the piano sound it's really wonderful, but you should use the other one instead to do the melody line because those layers are covering each other, you know what I mean?

Oh BigC of course I remember you, you are totally awesome! thanks
