IMP is the only reason there was a Post- Parachutes Coldplay! its an incredible song and I completely agree with all the good things said about The Goldrush. I also think Twisted Logic was cool because it has a different message than a lot of coldplay songs, it was about something more important than most sort of like violet hill. And the name is really great too. X&Y was also a great song, maybe it didnt fit the album but i love the song. My least favorite song would have to be....Easy to Please, and i still like to listen to it if i want a really soft song. i love the lyrics, hate the rest
January 20, 201115 yr Although I love In My Place and The Goldrush, I really really really love A Whisper. It's got this incredible atmosphere about it, and I think it is far more difficult to create a song like this than IMP or TG... Damn, I love AROBTTH and its dark gems. Not many of them dark songs after that album,eh? I also love Daylight too :)
January 20, 201115 yr I hate A Whisper I hate using the word 'hate', but... pretty close to what you said. A Whisper is the only song on AROBTTH that I regularly skip. :| EDIT: I take that back, I often skip Daylight too. Exactly! It sounds like an ultimate jam session and is very real! Reading the comments on this page though I think I might be the biggest Goldrush fan on the planet! I love it too, when it comes on I usually hit repeat at least 3 times.

January 21, 201115 yr Tough... :P Both are weak(er) points of AROBTTH (that's really not saying much considering the magnificence of the album), but because In My Place (while not hated) is overrated and A Whisper is quite underrated, I'll go for A Whisper. My AROBTTH; 1. A Rush of Blood to the Head 2. Politik 3. Clocks 4. Amsterdam 5. God Put a Smile Upon Your Face 6. The Scientist 7. Daylight 8. Warning Sign 9. In My Place 10. A Whisper 11. Green Eyes Also, Twisted Logic and X & Y are both phenomenal songs. Why the hate? :confused:
