I was driving home one night, like a day or two before my brother was to leave for college and the song just really hit me.

One recent one I found that really hit me emotionally was Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond an old traditional Scots tune from the 1840s depicting the end of the Jacobite rebellion. It should have gone in the guilty thread because listening to it made me realise how I hadn't really appreciated the culture around me enough. I can be an idiot at times!

I must admit: the combination of music and movies can make me cry pretty easily....even if the scene in the movie isn't a sad one, but music can hit me so hard...

This song helped get me through my bad break-up. Needless to say, during that process, a lot of tears were shed.

I don't even like this song that much, but I cried when I saw them playing it live on my first coldplay concert, I guess it was because I couldn't believe I was there.
