Well I ordered my shirt, and they sent me an email saying the image cannot be printed. (which is BS because 66 already had his shirt made with the saame image so it obviously works.) I may not get a shirt now, because time is running out....

Hi everyone. I have never posted anything before until today. It says I am a member since November 2010, but I had an old account from 2007 and last fall, when I did my daily check, I had to type my password to read any posts and for the life of me couldn't remember by password from 2007. So I made a new one. Coldplay have been my heroes since 2002 when I was in 8th grade and fell in love with The Scientist. I knew of Clocks and Yellow, but this is when I realized I had to take a look into them and that is when I became a full time fan. My friends sometimes call me simply Coldplay because I always talk or post things on the internet about them. My older sister's wedding we all danced to Viva and I can even credit Coldplay to getting a job for me at a bar last summer. I was known for doing Viva la Vida karaoke and the owner called me Mike the Entertainer and asked if I wanted a job as bouncer lol. I have seen them 3 times live during the Viva la Vida Tour. The 2 times they came to Motown, and I saw them in East Troy Wisconsin. Viva, Fix You, The Scientist, The Hardest Part with Chris on the piano, and Politik are my favorite songs. I love all the new songs even ETDIAW immensely. I noticed the disappointment a lot of people had with it. Not me. Hurts like Heaven is probably my favorite of them. I am going to lolla and I am doing something very crazy according to a lot of my friends. I am skipping my college graduation to see Coldplay. I graduate the 6th from BGSU, which I doubt any of you know. This would be the ultimate graduation experience in my opinion. I have a friend and his GF who are coming along, but do not want to wait early to try and get as close as possible. I was hoping to meet some people? and would like to know how I can make my way as close as possible to seeing my heroes. Thanks!

Wow, missing your college Graduation? That's dedication! A lot of us coldplayers are getting to Grant Park on August 5th right when the doors open at 11. Then we are planning on camping out at the barrier all day so we can be as close as possible.

:( That's too bad, it would have been fun!

I would still love to meet up with you guys and I think JillyBlue did as well. Does anyone else want to get together for a Coldplayer meet up on August 4th in Chicago?

Well looky here

The breadth of acts on display at Lollapalooza this year is overwhelming. We've assembled this 25 track playlist to get you ready to experience the best the fest has to offer – from the most ragged edges of the fringe to names you know and love. Turn it up and dive in.

1. Foo Fighters, "Bridge Burning"

No song better sums up Foo Fighters circa 2011 than this one. It opens with a click-click-click that could be a climbing rollercoaster before bug-eyed Dave Grohl howls, "These are my famous last words," and the song dives full-on into chaos. Half-second guitars and heart-attack percussion surround an eerie, sinewy chorus that seems to foretell one man's downfall. It's the Foos at their darkest and best.

2. Coldplay, "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall"

Fortunately, we've made it past that weird, unfortunate cultural intersection where we all tried to pretend we were too cool for Coldplay. Do you like heart-on-sleeve-lyrics? Slow, insistent crescendos? Guitars that corkscrew like suncatchers? Lovably preposterous song titles? "Every Teardrop" delivers all of that in spades – and tacks on a world-beating chorus at no extra charge.

Weird! I literally followed your instructions to the T! Maybe it's being finicky? If it means anything, processing and shipping was pretty fast from them, if you can get it to work. (I hope!)

okay so im not getting the shirt :(

it wont get here on time, and im not gonna spend so much money for the faster delivery :\

i guess ill stick to the one im wearing in my avi

Yes I was able to find a pass for Friday! Coming up from St. Louis! Anybody in that area going or looking for a ticket? I found 2 others for face value ($90)

How about those of us who can, meet up at the Bean in Millenium Park on the

4th? Then we could go from there to find a spot to eat or something.

and...just like that it's snatched away. The lady I was supposed to buy my ticket from wound up giving it to her nephew :( O well, I suppose I would choose family too! This leaves me without a pass as of now, so if anyone comes across one (I only need a Friday pass) won't you let me know? (to quote VH)

That sounds good, just need to figure out where that is lol i've never been to Chicago before. The hotel I am staying at is across from Grant Park, is it near there?

You may want to check out the Lollapalooza facebook page. There are people on there that have looked for tickets and have gotten them from someone on there. Hope you are able to get a ticket!

I'm in StL as well! If you want we could try and find tickets and get up there, I'd have no problem at all but so far my luck with tickets has been terrible! I've literally had 2 slip out of my hands!

Done and done. I hope so too. I used to talk to a few Coldplayers on Twitter and they were really cool so I would love to be able to meet more people that would be crazy enough to sit all day at the same stage just to see ONE band too!

LOL. That's what me and my best friend are doing :D Starting to get worried about the Chicago humidity though. I definitely won't be used to it haha. Good luck!

If you go to Google maps it shows that Millennium Park is just an eight minute walk across from Grant Park, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. I've only been to that part of Chicago once, but everything was pretty easy to find! lol

Okay, awesome! What time do you think we should meet? Late afternoon, around 3 or 4 PM?

I used zazzle for my shirt since cafepress didn't have my size in the baby blue color. I made it and received email next day it was ready to ship and then received the shirt in 2 days mail.

It looks exactly like 66 shirt . It was pretty much like cafepress...just upload your image... only I used another font that looks similar to the Coldplay font. I don't remember the font name since I made it when the running man image first came on here. But it looks exactly like 66 shirt. :) Except, I redesigned it... I cut the sleeves for sleevless and neck for raw edge look... hahah! It's gonna be hot there!
