July 24, 201114 yr To me it's almost a cheesy ballad. sounds like Coldplay. The end is better though.

July 24, 201114 yr Thanks for sharing Batmotor. I thought I would have to wait much longer to get to see it. Interesting to see that they've all been fully engaged in recording TKOL after all. :surprised: I was especially delighted with the atmosphere during the last three songs. Looove watching them in the studio so much. Oh...and since I want to give the Cozz thread in the lounge a bit of a break...this Colin moment, obviously with the flu, the turtle cup, the pinky watch, pure awesomeness. But I didn't get his wii- idea? For a sickening umptieth time: I love this band so much. It's almost mental.
July 24, 201114 yr caught the special last night on Palladia... EPIC! I loved it... DVR'd it too :) I cannot wait for them to go on tour either...... NYC BABY!!!
July 24, 201114 yr IR is a better album in my opinion, but I enjoyed TKOL FTB performances more. IDK why, don't judge me. :P A tour, please. :)
July 24, 201114 yr LOVED the songs last night. Got me really eager for a tour, just like ya'll.
July 25, 201114 yr Leeds record store Norman Records points out that the fourth installment in Radiohead's The King of Limbs remix series of 12" singles will include the Thriller Houseghost remix of "Give up the Ghost", Illum Sphere's take on "Codex", and Shed's re-do of "Little by Little". The second installment in the series, which includes British producer Nathan Fake taking on "Morning Mr. Magpie" and Australian electronic dude Mark Pritchard delivering two remixes of "Bloom", one of them under his Harmonic 313 alias, is available now everywhere except North America, where it's out August 2. The third installment, featuring a remix of "Separator" from Four Tet, a Lone remix of "Feral", and a Pearson Sound remix of "Morning Mr. Magpie", should be out very soon. via Pitchfork
July 25, 201114 yr I've got iTunes on shuffle right now. Remyxomatosis came on a few moments ago. Immediately afterward, Myxomatosis. lol NOT RANDOM iTunes
July 25, 201114 yr noice! So after this I'll be at about $130 dropped on Radiohead vinyl so far this year....
July 26, 201114 yr FTB is airing again on Palladia right now... it's rather funny, my cat is freaking out during GUTG. With the bird noises in background, she's looking around like WHERE THE EFF ARE THE BIRDS?!?
July 26, 201114 yr I have! Was also reading today there may be 6 to 7 remix singles! That's so many! I really want to buy them all but I have lack of funds, :( However I might treat myself at some point, I really don't have any vinyl apart from my parents records (they've got everything Beatles, pretty cool - along with a vast amount of others), but I want to collect my own, but that'd mean parting with CDs because that's a large investment...ahhh
July 26, 201114 yr Yeah, I've pretty much stopped buying CDS over the past 6 months to focus exclusively on vinyl and digital. On the plus side I still get a shitload of CDs from running the blog.
July 26, 201114 yr oh yeah! that must be pretty sweet. I always look for deals, or I've been getting CDs off Amazon with free shipping....I think vinyl is just better to collect - tough decision!
July 26, 201114 yr Radiohead are currently talking about doing more live shows following their surprise Glastonbury appearance. Drummer Philip Selway spoke with BBC 6Music about his solo work. A new EP is out this week. Philip also talked about Radiohead’s plans. When asked if Radiohead wanted to do more live shows after their Park Stage Glastonbury show he answered: “Oh yeah, absolutely. That’s what we’re talking about at the moment. And hopefully we’ll have some plans to talk about at some point.” “It felt exciting doing that,” commenting on the Glastonbury appearance. “We had something different to offer musically on top of what we done in the past. It just felt like a new lease of life in what we are doing, and we would like to see where that takes us.” http://www.ateaseweb.com/2011/07/26/radiohead-currently-discussing-more-live-appearances/ :awesome:
