Yes, the disc box includes the d/l, so sometime before the 10th, you'll get the d/l code sent to you.

You set your own price for the d/l, so if you want it for free, then you can get it for free. Just go and order it.

the download costs just that much you are willing to pay for it. You pre-order the download and wait for your code.

yeah, that's cause some people are stupid enough to provide their credit card info for the free download. :rolleyes: it's their bank that charges the transaction fee in that case, not WASTE.
