July 31, 200916 yr has anyone brought up the strong rumours that Thom will be performing alongside Kings of Leon and Bon Iver on the new Twilight movie soundtrack. what do we all think? radiohead was in the first movie right?
July 31, 200916 yr ^Everyone was distraught over it. And 15 Step was in the first movie. I'm not sure if anything else was.
July 31, 200916 yr So, I'm a recent convert to Radiohead's music....I'll admit. What's the possibility that they'll come tour live in the US again in the next year or so? I've been stalking their website for more tour dates. Besides Coldplay, they're the only other band that I'd like to see live.

Nigel said that it may be a while before their next release, so it's unclear. I think they tend to like to play in the summertime so if they don't tour in 2010, i guess i'd probably be in 2011... which kind of sucks. Either way you should see them live, they were incredible and the best concert i've ever went to. also... there are a few minute clips from the upcoming 7 Worlds Collide that feature Ed and Phil. One of the songs on their myspace is Phil's song "The Ties that Bind Us"... it's quite good! http://www.myspace.com/7worldscollide
August 1, 200916 yr Thanks for the info! 2011?! Eek! I probably have several more chances to see Coldplay live before they come back to the U.S! But, I will definitely keep my eyes open. This website, honestly, opened me up to their music and it's like I discovered a new world! Kid A is probably my favorite album. It's the only album (including Coldplay, my all-time fave band) where I like EVERY song and dont' ever skip over stuff! I love Coldplay to pieces, but I can't say that about any of their albums. There's always at least 1 song I skip over.
August 1, 200916 yr they will most probaby do another 11 american tours before they come back to aus. that brings my total number of radiohead-wont-come-to-aus whinges to 35.
August 1, 200916 yr I don't think they'll tour again before releasing their next album. Thom will possibly have some solo performances now and then (The Age of Stupid in September), but IMO, they're deep into recording and rehearsing. :)

August 4, 200916 yr I just finished watching Radiohead at Glastonbury 2003. Wow. Amazing. Really. The "Why don't you remember my name" part of Paranoid Android and the whole Idioteque were probably my favorite parts! I would like to ask, if anybody's going to watch it soon, can you please write down the things that Thom says between the songs? I figured out some of it but I would be glad if somebody could help... thanks... edit: I listened to In Rainbows disc 2 today for the first time, I like 4 Minute Warning the most.

Is it that good, Milica? Cuz I haven't watched it yet. Dunno...Radiohead live has never been my cup of tea, but maybe cuz I've only watched some vids from their latest tour, where Thom makes me cringe with his awkward moves on stage! :p I'm guessing he didn't always use to move like that on their early shows, right...? 4MW is great indeed.

August 4, 200916 yr @Ab Yes it is, I enjoyed every moment watching it. It also made me like HTTT more. He does his weird moves on some parts but not as much as lately, I think. He goes a bit wacko at the beginning of The National Anthem and as I remember during Idioteque, also during some other songs, but compared to this tour it's less annoying. :P You should watch it. edit: aaaaaah this one is called paranoid android Haha love that part.
August 4, 200916 yr I love how at the live at glastonbury he says "It's the BBC" and then it goes into the National Anthem... sooo Good!
