(If this doesn't belong in here, give me heck and let me know where you've moved it. :))

For me, it was River Rave in Foxboro, Mass, May 21, 2001. They were the opening act and the audience was so cruel, the boys were VERY disheartened at the end.Glad they kept going!!

I can't believe it's been 10 years!

So share the best/worst/strangest memories from yours. :)

Monday July 13th 2009 @ the shoreline ampitheatre, mountain view CA :)

After a lot of hard work and stress, and tears, I managed to buy coldplay tickets. I thought they wouldn't be good seats but I ended up getting tickets 2 rows from the B-stage :D

I was an official fan since 2002, but I had to wait 7 years to finally attend my first coldplay concert and it was so amazing!!

Monday, March 23rd 2009, Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore.

I lost my concert virginity here.

2001? You're a pioneer.

My first one was some time in 2008. It's in my sig, I don't know the exact date without looking at it. But it was my first college concert, meaning it was the first one I could actually go to without my parents.

'Pioneer'? Is that another word for old fogie? lol. Yeah,I'm starting to think I'm the oldest one on here any more! Been a fan almost since day 1. :D

First Swiss gig they did:

April 6, 2003 @ Hallenstadion Zürich

19.08.2009 @ Koengen, Bergen - Norway.

what a beautiful day that was.

Mountford hall, University of Liverpool, 20th June 2002. I overslept the morning after and missed the whole of the first half of England v BRazil in the World Cup QF (and England's goal)

Mine was July 11th, 2005 at the Arena in Verona. Apparently it was the best venue they've ever played in (these are Guy's words), at least up to that moment.

Highlight was Chris running up the huge steps of the venue, nearly killing himself, arriving at the top, sitting down and watching us sing the end of In My Place.

Considering I've been following them since 2000, it took me quite a few years to see them the first time, but as a student I couldn't move as I wanted before.

My first Coldplay concert was on 5 July 2009 at the Roskilde Festival when Coldplay closed that year's festival. I went to the festival because I wanted to experience Coldplay live in concert.

On 16 August 2009 I saw Coldplay again in concert in Herning.

Monday, 31st August 2009 in Udine, Italy!

Mountford hall, University of Liverpool, 20th June 2002.

me too

I wasn't a fan, and was vaguely aware of some of the Parachutes stuff from Ian playing the cd. Ian wanted someone to go with him, he was driving, and he bought my ticket!

We got front row, right in front of Guy. They were testing the Glastonbury equipment and opened with Politik, and I wondered what the hell I was doing there!

They closed with Clocks and I fell in love with that song forever more,

Mine was June 26th 2003 at Rock Werchter in Belgium. I went to the festival just to see them.

Stayed for 4 days with friends. They didn't wanne see Coldplay from up close, so I went to try to get close all by myself. I couldn't see much, but it was amazing!

Saturday July 2 2011 :wacky:

first time I met some people from here and we stayed the whole day in the front

16/8 09 Herning/Denmark. :wacky:

I can't wait to go again.

I've seen them 3 times but the most memorable was the last one (June 4th, 2009 in Cincinnati).

I had already seen the Viva La Vida tour in 2008 and I knew the setlist by heart (thanks coldplaying.com). I was singing along and jumping like someone on drugs the whole time.

When they left the Main Stage and came to perform the acoustic version of The Hardest Part, Chris was right in front of me. I was the happiest person in the Universe.

And of course I was singing every word of The Hardest Part with him and when the song was over, I screamed I LOVE YOU CHRIS, then he looked at me and SMILED. Everybody around me was laughing but I couldn't care less.

BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE so far. I still have goosebumps when I think about it and the whole show.

Friday, 03th June 2011 in Nuremberg, Germany! It was the day when I had my last exam for the A-levels! No more sorrows, no more studying... :D And it was the greatest day ever! I just wish I could repeat this amazing experience again and again!!

If I ever get to stand next to the stage I want to scream the same thing. :wacky:

At my Coldplay concert, I also spent most of the time with jumping around. :wacky:

February 26th, 2010 at River Plate stadium, Buenos Aires, Argentina!

They played there in 2007 but tickets for the 3 shows were sold out in less than 24 hours and the only way to go was through travel agencies, but the price of the package was 400 dollars per person and I had to go with someone else because I was 12 years old at that time and we weren't able to pay 800 dollars  but luckily they came back and played in a much bigger place so the tickets were not too expensive!! :D

Brussels in 2002. Definitely not the best gig out of the bunch I saw, but good enough to get me hooked. Still remember it like it was yesterday though. I was in front row and there was an annoying television camera in front of my face during the first couple of songs.

very recent, Rock Werchter festival , 2nd July 2011 ...

Too bad , the 2 bands before them ruined (IMO) the great atmospere that was there during Elbow ...

March 9th 2010, Guadalajara, Mexico.

I was 2 metres away from the b-stage :wacky:
