Technically speaking, any release in any country before the release date of that country is a leak. So if Japanese people leak it on their first day, it's still a leak for America.

I consider anything before it's intended release a leak. That applies globally, it wouldn't be a leak, it would be a stolen import.

 

I wouldn't consider Princess of China a leak, because it was intended to be distributed at the time it was.

 

If anything makes it to the west (west of Japan) after 24:00 Japan time 10/19/2011, I wouldn't consider that a leak no matter where you are.
