well, you see it in my picture.. I didnt realise it when I bought it, but I actually prefer this cover, doesnt scream MYLO XYLOTOOO, it's more basic/interesting :)

One of the two I ordered arrived this morning and the Us Against The World sticker was ripped off and screwed up!!! I've emailed them to ask them if they could send me a brand new program. btw, my one has the MYL OXYL OTO and symbols in silver on the front. Who was it that said there's didnt?

Nope, I bought mine at the gigs merch too and mine has the silver letters.

Nope, I just think it's a faulty one. A mistake that slipped in on a few tourbooks that they printed.

Did anyone here order the "exclusive hand signed Coldplay Mylo Xyloto Tour Program" from Ticketmaster when tickets went on sale last weekend for the North American leg? I did, and it was ordered as that, but recently changed to Coldplay Mylo Xyloto Tour Program. Kind of fishy...

Also, is your program being shipped to you, or is your delivery method under "Will Call"? I ordered the VIP package for Edmonton, so I'm assuming that everything (VIP package and signed program) will be presented to you when you do the pick up?

No more signed programs available for St. Paul, it seems! Haven't checked Chicago yet, but sure they're gone too.

Update: Ticketmaster (US/Canada) just sent out an email saying that they had an error in the description having a signed tour program. "The description, the program was incorrectly labeled as being hand signed. This is not the case."

 

Maybe you UK'ers should double check this...it's such a shame they had this "error" posted for SO long only to mislead fans/consumers like that.

Back again. Ticket Master doesn't say they're signed on my receipt anymore. I think I'm gonna call them up. Wtf is going on? I am pissed. If I don't get a signed program, I will rip out my hair. I wouldn't have a problem if they didn't say it in the first place, but I got so happy about it.

 

Well, okay. Turns out I somehow have two ticket master accounts lol. Checked a different email account and it was surely there. This... What they did seems so wrong. How could that possibly be an accident? More like a trick to get people to buy it. Evil. What a horrible day. :(

That's what I thought too YellowDaisy, but please don't get your hopes up. I called to confirm - twice and they said it should be hand signed and was "recently changed" but what was confirmed (I even sent them a print screen) they said it would be signed. However, I got the email and they said it wouldn't be signed as they had made an error. Check your junk mail? It came from "Notifications" at Ticketmaster.

 

I'm a little peeved that they would do this. I've tried reaching out to Debs with no luck...maybe someone should reach out to their team (if it's even possible) about this. I'm getting a refund, as I don't want a program that isn't signed. I'd rather buy mine at the show.
