Muse are not that great. In real world their albums are perceived as rather weak. Between 6-7/10 would be accurate for their best OOS, since then they are recycling the same old shit and Resistance is real piece of turd and just for people without any taste for music. All Coldplays albums are better than that. New Coldplays album could attack position of TR though.

VLV (only add the O if you're going to give it its' full title, hate to be pedantic) may have been critically acclaimed to be the better album... But it was only Coldplays' fourth album. If we take it this way and look at comparative 5th albums... In what I have termed, fifth album syndrome, they have seen a decline in quality by this point. But MX is significantly worse than TR thus far.
