Bostonians are offering shelter and help to out of towners, and in general the organization and response looks very impressive. A lot of people want to help. On that note, they’re also saying that the devices were crudely made, meaning the terrorist(s) who committed this act was not a “professional” or “experienced” terrorist. A Penske truck attempted to gain access to the marathon route shortly before the bombs went off, but was turned away by security. Police are currently attempting to locate the truck.
