I'm attempting to do some work on my Viva jacket today. Fix it up a bit and add some MX era stuff to it and wear it at the concert. That'll also have the nice side effect of making me easy to spot for the meet up, hahaha.

What time do you guys arrive and at which airport?

Thanks folks for ideas on backpacks. I have a Mac Pro so not big and should fit under seat. I am going to plan to be at beacon Bharat beacon bar before and after 5 pm show if anyone wNts to join me

Hello! I'm a fan from singapore and I just bought the tickets online a few days ago. I flew over to New York for a vacation and made an impromptu decision to watch coldplay on the 5th (watching them perform live has always been on my bucket list and I can't believe it's happening !!)

 

Problem is I have only been here for 2 days and I'm not very sure how to get around yet and I'm afraid I will get lost around here. Is anyone staying near 250 E30 st that I can meet up with? :-(

That's actually not too far from the theatre. You could probably catch a cab, it shouldn't cost too much.

Going to 5PM show and taking train from Stamford CT, hoping to arrive around 2:00 as long as my Stubhub seller sends my ticket. I assume I have to have it printed? Are you all meeting up at The Beacon Bar?

 

I'm considering getting some balcony seats for the 9PM show if I can find them at a "good" price . Happy to pay cash in person if anyone has some that they are trying to unload. Unlikely,I know.

They definitely should be selling them, if any become available after online sales go down! Usually 3-4 hours before showtime, in my experience.

Try calling ahead, though they might give you a generic "not right now, but we might have some later" answer on the phone. But we always love to sell those extra tickets at the end of the night, and to be honest, not many people even bother checking...

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely give it a try for 9PM. Hoping to see both shows.

 

BTW for anyone driving in ,I just reserved a spot through the Parkwiz website. 1/4 mile from venue $25.00 for 2PM to midnight(you request hours you wish to park). I'd plannned to take MetroNorth from CT but this is much more convenient and cheaper. They even have parking listed for Coldplay folks so you know you'll be near the theater.

I am going to beacon bar early to wait out the ticket situation myself for 5 pm show. I have stubhub too. At least box office is right next door!!!

Will do same for 9PM and look for you and others at Beacon Bar before the 5PM show. Checked Ticketmaster, still only $$$ resale.

does anyone know how stubhub works, I ordered tickets for the 5PM show, so i'm guessing sometime tomorrow morning i'll get notified to print them out or something? Never used on of these third party services before. I hope everything goes well, this would be my first Coldplay show :)
