I think that many celebrity relationships don't work out due to the fact that fame can make a person somewhat spoiled. A celebrity has a lot more options for dating, so they're less inclined to deal with the rougher side of relationships. In other words, if you've suddenly got people practically throwing themselves at you because you're a star, then why would you bother putting up with just one person's issues when you have the option to just dump them and try out as many new people as you want? I'm not saying all celebrities are that way, but I'll just bet that it is part of the problem for many of them.

On the same subject, these are the movies I was referring to in my first post: "I Want To Marry Ryan Banks" http://marryryanbanks.com and "Win A Date With Tad Hamilton" http://www.winadatewithtadhamilton.com. Read the plots and tell me that the writers weren't both hit on the head by the same apple. The first one is about this celebrity who tries to save his career by letting viewers choose which bachelorette, or everyday fan, gets to marry him. The catch is that the celebrity's best friend falls in love with the girl who is supposed to marry the celebrity. (Jason Priestly, Bradley Cooper and Emma Caulfield are the primary characters, so I'm anxious to see who wins the girl.) The biggest difference between the two is that Ryan Banks only airs one time on TV this Sunday, where Tad Hamilton is in theaters.

Another interesting thing about this ~ since movies are always filmed months or years before they are shown, and release dates are usually set long in advance, how ironic is the timing of Britney's blunder marriage to a non-celebrity along with the 'Marry Ryan Banks' movie premiering this Sunday ~ just over two weeks later?!!

If not' date=' then what celebrity would you marry if you could? Or would you even consider it at all? Dating or marrying celebs seems to be a popular theme these days ~ has anyone seen the ads for "I Want To Marry Ryan Banks" and "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton"? They're basically the same story! Seems like the influence of reality TV and Britney's blunder marriage. TV weddings are big lately too...   Luke and Laura, Chandler and Monica, Trista and Ryan, etc...[/quote']

I don't know who Luke and Laura are, but here's a funny thing:

Chandler and Monica aren't real people; they're characters in a pop sitcom.

Whereas, as far as I can tell, Trista and Ryan are actual people who actually got married, for real. Not make believe.

Do you see the point?

And isn't it sad how these lines of separation between make-believe are reality are being drawn thinner and thinner in our collective society's minds? :/

who are trista and ryan?

I think they're a reality TV couple from the US of A who got married live on TV, or summit!

Couldn't have said it better myself!

glad to see some sanity on here!

where?

haha and liquidgugus

I wish Ben cheats on foking J-Lo and gets back with Gwynnie... But I wouldn´t like to see Mr. Martin broken hearted :(
