Bringing Back Coldplaying Charity Donations

If you are a long time member of this forum then you would have remembered such projects as the Coldplaying Charity Club or the $1.36 project. However we haven't done something like this since the late 00's.

What charity's would you guys want to be picked as our first Coldplaying Charity donation. We will most likely use a site like just giving so you guys will have peace of mind when donating to your charity and know the money will not go to fund a BatMobile for @Batman ;) Leave your suggestions below and I will take them into account when picking the charity :)

Thank You

Lovely and very beautiful idea. Glad to see it coming back (not that I had already heard of it). Well, right now, I suggest Save The Children and (any) Make A Wish. I have several other suggestions, but these two are going as my first ones. I hope I'm able to donate some money in the future ;)

Sea Shepherd ... are doing an incredible job to save many animals, in this days the dolphins, and then the whole ecosystem that is now truly at risk! Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know, what's wrong with funding a Batmobile for Batman? I mean she did do a tremendous job with her interview after all.

you can throw Robin in the trunk lol

Make a Wish is a wonderful charity. My family helps run a Regatta every year and to see those kids faces of wishes we have granted is priceless

Yes I agree with Make A Wish

There is a Mexican foundation call Michou y Mau which help children who have suffered severed burns and their lives are at risk. Michou and Mau (mother and son) lost their lives when their house was accidentally burned. Mau died because of the lack of medical treatment, that's why the founder (her grandmother) helps Mexican children to receive the specialised medical and psychological treatment to those who doesn't have the money to pay for it.

I'll leave the link, it's written in Spanish so I'm afraid you have to use Google to translate it. According to the website it's possible to donate using PayPal

Edit: this is another link to donate https://www.aporta.org.mx/michouymau/trasladoporemergencias

Does the charity have to be based in the UK only?

Preferably a worldwide charity, we're leaning towards make a wish right now but you can suggest a charity for the next time!

Stephen, let me know if you need any info from Make A Wish if we decide to go with that Charity

The Make A Wish foundation is a great choice indeed, perhaps I'll find another reputable one for next time. I'll do some research in my spare time and let you know!
