February 25, 200422 yr I really don't freak over health issues, I just don't pig out on junk food. I really like eating healthy stuff, I mean I'm all for organic stuff, as long as it's still tasty. Part of it is also that I sort of want to outlive most of my relatives. I can take despair myself, but I can't bear to see others that way. And being out of shape hinders your life in certain ways... :wink3:
