As brilliant as he is, he might have copied that one from his American family member. We say that down here a lot. In fact, his accent is no longer pure Devonian, he speaks American quite often.

i love his British accent... but his strong accent has almost gone, hasn't it ? i'm not a native speaker, but if you compare will&jonny's accent with Chris's accent, their accent is still strong. i'm not counting Guy, because he speaks like he has a cake in his mouth :P :P

Guy has a very soft Scottish accent LOL.. If I was pushed I'd have said Edinburgh.. a cake? LOL..

 

As for Jonny and Will, I suppose because I am English I can't hear it.. they just sound normal.. also Chris still sounds the same to me.. But I know that isn't the case because lots of people who aren't English say the same as you guys.. he has a kind of mix of English and American.. which I guess is to be expected..

I have also noticed that Chris has lost his strong English accent. But I think he doesn't have an American accent when he is speaking, but just sometimes when he's singing... or maybe I'm wrong
