January 17, 201115 yr How long do we anticipate this hiatus being? I mean, what's really the difference between their announced hiatus and a band taking time off before they write their next album? Most bands do take off some time between albums, so I'm wondering if this means an extended break.

From Wikipedia On February 2, 2011 it was announced via The Killers Fan Site, The Victims, that Vannucci would be releasing a solo album in the near future, presumably before The Killers reconvene to work on their fourth studio album. While no release date was given, Vannucci indicated in the note to The Victims that the album was in the process of being mixed. It appears that the solo effort will be entitled Big Talk.

March 12, 201115 yr I bought my ticket today, according to the official info, there will be just 1800 tickets available. I'm so glad it's a Killers show and not a brandon solo concert
