I agree that the band's use of Whoooaaas and Oooohs is becoming rather too much these days, but in general I have nothing against them and as was pointed out, they have always had an inclination to this kind of things. Except for a few songs it is usually done well. It is such a trademark Coldplay things nowadays that it makes them stand out from other bands (in fact, this overall "grand, solemn sound" promoted through the Ooooaahs was one of the first things I noticed when I had began discovering Coldplay a few years ago). And imho the best Ooooah is definitely in Viva La Vida !

I am so glad that Chris Martin has been inspired by Turn Down For What and Flo Rida. Some of the most profound contemporary work in music. And then people say that the music business is all shallow and superficial these days - but haters gonna hate ! I bet they have never listened to these masterpieces. I keep hoping that one day Coldplay will become as good as they are !!

Well X&Y and AROBTTH are kind of both my co-favourite albums, and it is hard to pick one over the other. AROBTTH for me has the better flow as an album, but X&Y has overall the better individual songs imho and I have stronger emotional connections to its songs. And thanks for your understanding ! :)

Hi, I'm currently not happy with the level of resolution I have achieved so far. This project would have needed more time and efforts, and unfortunately life and work are heavily interfering at the moment. Like my favourite album X&Y, this release is gonna be delayed ! I looped AHFOD so many times today on my phone while working, it really gave me a good mood ! Yes, it's dancey and upbeat and poppy BUT unlike AOAL it's done in the right way ! I just hope they didn't mess up the production in the studio version, that would be a huge disappointment. Can't wait to have the studio version available.

Hab zwei Fragen an alle, die schon mal in Deutschland auf einem Coldplay-Konzert waren: 1. Sind selbst die großen Stadienkonzerte tatsächlich binnen Minuten ausverkauft ? Mit anderen Worten, wenn ich ein Ticket will muss ich genau zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufsstartes vor dem PC sitzen und hoffen ? 2. Ich werde evtl. im Sommer in den USA sein; wenn ich ein Ticket habe aber feststelle dass ich nicht gehen kann, kann ich es weiterverkaufen ? Oder sind die Tickets fest an den Namen gebunden und das Geld somit futsch ? Wäre nett wenn jemand mir die Fragen beantworten kann ! :)
